Jordan Hatcher, MPH

As Chief of Staff, Jordan is tasked with translating ICAN!’s mission to normalize birth control as basic care into execution and impact. Jordan oversees organizational work planning, strategic partnerships and communications, and managing ICAN!’s Community Health and Medicaid Partners Steering Committee (CHAMPS). She previously worked with the United Nations Foundation’s Family Planning 2020 initiative where she coordinated stakeholders across government, civil society, and philanthropy to mobilize resources and strengthen financing for family planning for over a dozen low- and middle-income countries across Africa and Asia. Jordan served with the United States Peace Corps on community health and HIV prevention programs in Senegal and South Africa. She was selected as a 2024-2025 Obama Foundation USA Leader. Jordan received her Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
