How do I apply for Moms & Babies coverage?
You can apply for Moms & Babies and MPE coverage online, on the phone, or in person.
To apply in person, book a health care visit with an MPE provider who can enroll you in Moms & Babies. If you qualify, MPE coverage will allow you to get health care services starting the day you submit your application.
