Request CE Certificate (Pharmacists Only)

To request your certificate go the  CE request page on the UIC.edu site and enter the code you received at the end of the modern contraception course.

If you need to access the code again, access the end-of-course certificate quiz and select the “Request Certificate of Completion for Pharmacists” option, you will then get the code and a link to the UIC website.

If you cannot access the quiz, you may not yet have fully completed the Modern Contraception and Reproductive Justice course. You need to complete the course to be eligible for the CE credits.
