Establishing Birth Control as Basic Care

Fifth session of ICAN’s six-part Learning Series on Advancing Contraceptive Equity. The presentation will introduce the concept of destigmatizing and normalizing birth control as basic healthcare. Participants will be able to identify approaches to screen for contraceptive needs and desires in the women’s health, pediatric or family medicine setting. Available tools and resources will be shared.
